Paper Submission Guidelines

We invite researchers and scholars to submit their papers for NCMAI'26 (15–16 April 2026). All papers should be written in English. Papers must contain original scientific content. Submissions based on work under review or on previously published research are acceptable, provided that the conference version offers clear added value (such as new results, extended analysis, synthesis, or a different perspective). The direct duplicate publication of the same paper in multiple venues is not permitted. Initial submission: (10pt, 2-column), including references, figures, and tables.

LaTeX and Microsoft Word templates and formatting instructions are available on this website.

Submission Types

  • Regular research papers.
  • Short papers (up to 4 pages).
  • Posters introducing new or disruptive ideas that differ from prior published work, up to 2 pages in length (including references).
